Staging Plans for all classes for 2022 Ky Invitational

Thursday Staging Plan

SM4 Class to be weighed in the back barn scale starting at 12:00 noon. All SM4 will be staged inside the arena at the finishing end of the track and are too be nosed into the spots dedicated for SM4 only

LLSS class to be weighed on the inside arena scales starting at 12:00 noon. All LLSS will be staged inside the arena in the dedicated spots for LLSS only. (diesel LLSS will be warmed up on sled inside the arena)

 

SM2 class to be weighed on the inside arena scales starting at 12:00 noon. All SM2 will be staged inside the arena in the dedicated spots for SM2 only.

 

Diesel Trucks to be weighed in the back barn scale staring at 12:00 noon. All diesel trucks to be staged in the back barn in the dedicated spots only. All trucks need to be backed into the spots. Diesel trucks will be warmed up in between back barn and arena before being taking into the arena

 

Pro Street 2WD class to weighed in the back barn scales starting at 12:00 noon. All Pro Street will be staged in the holding area attached to te arena in the dedicated spots only.

 

Pro Stock 4WD class to be weighed in the back barn scales starting at 12:00 noon. All Pro Stock 4WD will be staged in the holding area attached to the arena in the dedicated spots only.

 

** Note: 10,000 Hot Farm tractors can weigh on Thursday and be staged for the Friday night session. All 10,000 tractors will be staged in the back barn in the dedicated spots only. All 10,000 tractors will be warmed up on the inside warm up smoke tube in the back barn before being taken inside the arena.

 

Friday Staging Plan

SM4 Class to be weighed in the back barn scale starting at 12:00 noon. All SM4 will be staged inside the arena at the finishing end of the track and are too be nosed into the spots dedicated for SM4 only

LLSS class to be weighed on the inside arena scales starting at 12:00 noon. All LLSS will be staged inside the arena in the dedicated spots for LLSS only. (diesel LLSS will be warmed up on sled inside the arena)

SM2 class to be weighed on the inside arena scales starting at 12:00 noon. All SM2 will be staged inside the arena in the dedicated spots for SM2 only.

10,000 tractors to be weighed in the back barn scale starting at 12:00 noon. All 10,000 tractors will be staged in back barn in the dedicated spots only. 10,000 will warm up in the back barn smoke tube area before being taken into arena

SS 4WD will be weighed in the back barn starting at 12:00 noon. All SS 4WD will be staged in the holding area attached to the arena in the dedicated spots only.

 **ADDITIONAL NEW FOR 2022***

 All Hot Rod Tractors running in the Saturday midday session can be weighed and staged on Friday starting at 12:00 noon. Hot Rod tractor will be staged in the holding area attached to the arena in the dedicated spots only Friday night. Saturday morning tractors will be moved and staged inside the arena

All Pro Stock 2WD running in the Saturday midday session can be weighed and staged on Friday starting at 12:00 noon. Pro Stock 2WD will be staged in the back barn in the dedicated spots only. Saturday morning after the midday session starts and the 4300 trucks are finished, all Pro Stock 2WD can drive into the arena for staging.

If you are unable to arrive on Friday, the scales will open by 9am on Saturday morning.  We hope that many will chose to scale on Friday to make Saturday morning a bit smoother!


Saturday morning staging plan for 4300 lb Pro Stock Mini Trucks

Pro Stock Mini Trucks will be weighed on the inside arena scales starting at 8:00am. Please be in line early and have your trucks ready for a quick flow though weigh and check. All Pro Stock MIni Trucks will be staged inside arena in dedicated spots only. This staging will be coordinated and parked by TNT staff and must be followed. This will allow all 4300 trucks inside the arena before midday session starts.
